Lean Beef Garlic Bites
OMG DELICIOUS BEEF BITES!!!
oh everyone i dont own a BBQ or anything fancy so i try my best to get the affects that a bbq would offer from my oven..... I know not the best way but it'll have to do.
i absolutely LOVE garlic. I reccomend that you read form the Mayo Clinic the benefits that garlic has to offer you other than keeping Vampires and creepy men (and women) AWAY!

In this recipe I used:
approx 1/2 pound of extra lean grass fed beef
seasoned it with Mrs.Dash extra spicey
A LOT of cayenne pepper
i made a small indent in the middle of each and placed a tsp of minced garlic :D
i first cooked them at 400degrees till they were cooked throughly then broiled both sides till they were drier and VERY crisp on both sodes. its up to you how much you want them dry so play around with the cooking times.
Im in the middle of Meal Prep for the next few days worth of food, so be prepared to be bombarded with tons of recipes!
